HTD Heavy Duty Detergent (08 HTD), USDA Authorized (B1), 25 lbs pail (picture is of 50 lbs pail) This our most concentrated commercial laundry detergent, designed for materials that are very soiled. This detergent is particularly good at removing grease and oils. HTD Heavy Duty Detergent does contain optical brighteners and phosphates (see our FAQ on which detergents contain phosphates for more information on this topic). This product is USDA Authorized (B1) for laundering fabrics that come into contact with meat or poultry products, directly or indirectly, this heavy duty detergent is designed to remove tough soil from a wide range of fabrics; add to laundry load as described on label. HTD Heavy Duty Detergent is an economical detergent concentrate that dissolves completely in water and is safe to use in regular and high efficiency (HE), side-loading, top-loading, or high-capacity washing machines. Chlorine free. This product is ideal for use in athletic facilities, hotels, motels, assisted living facilities, conference centers, office buildings, hospitals, and schools, though dilutions will vary according to soil load and washer size. It is sold in bulk quantities including 25lbs and 50lbs pails, or pallet quantities of 24 and 48 pails for high volume washing needs. Directions: Please note that these directions are for traditional commercial washing machines, for High Efficiency machines, significantly less detergent can should be used (about half is usually recommended. Traditional (non-HE) machines: Use 1/2 scoop (1/4 cup or 2 oz.) for average loads. For heavily soiled loads, use 1 scoop for best results (1/2 cup or 4 oz.). Biodegradable. Store in a dry location.
