BOSU NexGen Pro Balance Trainer
The BOSU NexGen Pro Balance Trainer has a textured design that is all about functionality and using it in the most effective way possible. The featured textured dome with 4 quadrants to help with grip and positioning. These quadrants allow for precise body position and cueing while working on cardio, agility, strength, core, balance or mobility exercises. With this balance trainer you can do everything you can normally do with a regular dome balance trainer. Including but not limited to: dome push-ups, jump stick and turn, and single leg balance and reflective training. With the improved design, the BOSU NexGen Pro allows you to do new exercises such as the lateral over the dome and walk over push-ups. Ideal for group fitness, complex movements or advanced fitness professionals in a professional setting. It is designed with a patented non-slip, dually over-molded base meant to withstand continual daily gym usage. It measures 26" and has a maximum weight limit of 350 lbs. Included is a dual action hand pump and QR codes for a downloadable wall chart and a free DVD download. Latex-free and made in the USA.
